We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Karan Bathija as VP, Customer Success at Terragon. In
this role, he will develop and drive the implementation of growth and customer success strategy for the
business across its regional markets in Africa, specifically, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa. As VP,
Customer Success, Karan is primarily responsible for client satisfaction, retention and engagement, and
will also work with cross functional teams to establish growth strategies to support the organisation’s
revenue goals.
Karan is an entrepreneurial digital transformation thought leader with expertise in Customer Success,
Account Management, and Sales. He brings nearly two decades of international experience in disruptive
SaaS start-ups, and industry leading brands to the team.
Karan has extensive experience working with SMBs around the world, and setting them up for success by
building high performing teams, designing seamless systems and processes, and focussing on continuous
improvement so they can grow to become competitive in their industry.
Prior to joining Terragon, Karan worked as Associate Vice President at WishUp.co, a platform that
enables the global hiring of vetted, trained, and job-ready remote employees on an easy subscription
based model. (SaaS – Staffing as a Service). He also worked at Awesome Motive, a leader in the
WordPress ecosystem powering over 20 Million sites across 15 different brands, where he was Director,
Global Sales, and Head Enterprise Sales. Karan’s experience also spans across multinational
organisations including Oracle.
Karan is an EGMP graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and he holds a BSc. in
Marketing and Economics from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois.
