Whats is the main difference between the plans?

The Starter and Growth plans primarily enable customer engagement through channels like SMS, in-App messaging, and WhatsApp. In contrast, the Pro and Enterprise plans go a step further by offering comprehensive data management services in addition to the customer engagement features found in the Starter and Growth plans, making them more suitable for sophisticated customer engagement strategies.

How do I upgrade from Tier 1 to the next?

You can do this easily from your account within the platform.

Do you offer a free trial?

While we do not offer a traditional free trial, we provide a ‘Starter package’ that is available for FREE. It includes zero license fees and allows access to engage with 1,000 profiles at no cost. Please note that SMS usage will require the purchase of SMS units at a rate of N4 per unit.

What happens if I hit my profiles or engagement limit?

If you exceed your profiles or engagement limit, you will be unable to proceed with your campaign till you upgrade your plan. Rest assured, you will be notified of your limit before publishing your campaign.

Can I buy event credits instead of a monthly marketing plan?

This option is exclusively available on the ‘Starter Package’ (Tier 1), where you can engage with up to 1,000 profiles. However, please be aware that this tier comes with certain limitations, as outlined in the table above. To access the full range of benefits and features offered by the platform, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our monthly license plans.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer the convenience of payment via all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Currently, we support transactions in both Naira and Dollars.

Do unused credits roll over into the next month?

Yes, as long as your monthly license remains active, any unused credits will be retained in your account and can be utilized at your convenience in the future.

What is an Event?

An event is a connection made to a consumer/profile, by a user of the TMC. Events include SMS message, WhatsApp, API call, in-App messaging, licking a product or link etc

What is a Source?

A data source is a file or system where your customer information is stored. This can be can be seamlessly integrated into the Terragon Marketing Cloud.
