Africa’s leading data and marketing technology company, Terragon has expanded into North Africa with the offering of its services in Egypt, making it the 5th African market the company is venturing into, after Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Kenya.
At the 2022 Orange Ventures Demo Day, held at the Orange Digital Center in Cairo, 12 portfolio companies with Orange Ventures Across MEA and the UK, including Terragon, discussed market expansion and growth opportunities in Egypt. Orange Ventures is an investor in Terragon in 2022 after joining Terragon’s Pre-Series B Raise, adding Terragon to its list of portfolio companies.
Speaking on the expansion move, Terragon’s CEO, Elo Umeh who participated at the event with other Orange executive including Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange Group, Jérôme Hénique, CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa, Yasser Shaker, CEO of Orange Egypt, expressed optimism at the immense market opportunity available in the North African country.

Speaking on the relevance of Terragon’s solutions in Egypt, Umeh noted that the market is peculiar with needs for Terragon’s services.
