Molade has over 10 years’ experience in Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She is a creative thinker, tactical and has a flair for brokering and closing complicated negotiations.
She started her legal career in Nigeria as an Associate in the law firm of Banwo and Ighodalo, where she actively participated in several corporate/commercial transactions, and provided legal advisory services to both domestic and international companies. Prior to joining Terragon, She led the Commercial Contracts and Corporate Transactions team at Main One Cable Company, where she actively participated in closing several intricate transactions, strategic deals and partnerships with key players in the global telecoms and technology industry. Molade also provided legal advisory services to MainOne’s domestic and sub-Saharan subsidiaries.
In addition to her role as Group Legal Counsel, Molade also serves as Terragon’s Data Privacy Officer, in which capacity she oversees all privacy-related activities for Terragon and its digital media arm Twinpine. In addition, Molade is responsible for the global development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to the organization’s privacy policies and procedures.
She holds a BSc Degree in Management from Royal Holloway. University of London and an LLB Law Degree from City University, London, and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), as well as the Nigerian Bar Association.
